Link building is hard to do but necessary

To build a great site to where people want to link to you. 

Idea: write a page on topic if you have a ppt or pdf , link to it but use anchor text to write to and link

When doing SEO everyone need to talk: programmers, designers, marketers, SEO ... communication

Don't have people to do the same thing, someone optimize and others do another task
